Hi,
I did try searching this but it said all the words were too short, so any links to the other threads or answers would be good.
A friend of mine tried to have sex with her bf last night, he's not a virgin but she is. They were trying for 45 mins (wich probably didn't help) and just couldn't do it. She says that she was nervous, and they tried everything, also she expected him to know what he was doing which he didn't seem to. Any ideas on how to solve this?

The best I can offer is lube. Lube, lube and lube for someones first time. Well, that and a lot of foreplay to get the nature lube going as well.
I'm guessing since she was nervous, she wasn't relaxed enough, didn't have enough lube, or it could be medical related such as Vaginismus, or her hymen is too thick to break.
give her an orgasm first by oral or fingering, The orgasm will relax her some and use lube.
