I'm having problems finishing off

Hi, this is my first post here. I have the reverse problem of "quick out of the gate". I have narrowed it down to anxiety with a new love in my life, fear of knocking her up(even though she is on birth control), I'm on paxil and lamictal and understand some SSRI's mess with your labido, etc. I'm about to have a talk with my doctor about this and switch to maybe lexapro...

How I offset this problem is taking cialis. The problem with that is it takes away sensitivity but makes you rock hard for awhile before going semi-limp. The girl I am dating has a very high sex drive and is multiply orgasmic and I can't keep up sometimes. We are both very affectionate. I spend probably more than average time with foreplay. She is soaking wet before I even make my way down there orally. I then spend too much time down there to the point where she begs for it and says "f me now"

This is when the problems happen. So I'm hard and "it's in" missionary position. So after about 5 minutes, I go limp cause my sensitivity is not there. So now I'm embarrassed so I quickly go back down and munch and finger bang and watch her climax again. Then if I'm lucky, I get oral and get rock hard again and she gets on top. Again, now I go limp after 5 minutes....grrrr

Now I'm frustrated and sort of have blue balls and its a lost cause for my "relief"...Now it's cuddle time spoon position sleeping. Now I sleep for an hour and wake up usually. I still need to "finish". Now I reach behind me and grab the baby oil. With her sleeping, I end up jacking off which takes way too long as well. I'm pretty sure she felt my load hit her in the back by accident once and she woke up. We ended up talking about this and I blamed the medication I'm on and that I'm gonna talk to the doctor.

So I say, "it's not you, it's me". I'm afraid she is gonna leave me because of this eventually. I'm actually think of buying her a jack rabbit vibrator when "I'm not in the mood". Yes girls, she lost her old one....I think she is part nympho as well so what advice can anyone give me? Thanks in advance

Just grow a set, stop taking the cialis, and try normally? It might be difficult with the side effects from the other drugs, but I think you might be able to work around that by talking to your doctor.

Medication is not helping you out, stop taking the meds and try to get down to the real root of the anxiety. Maybe you can talk to some sort of sexual therapist?

I'd say it's the medication....your doctor should be the one to help you with this, not a bunch of strangers on the net.

right and wrong on the meds. The meds ARE helping with my mental condition and if I had to choose over a great sex life than my mental health, I'm going with the latter.

Since the time I wrote this post, I have researched it and its common. Many people get off "pax-hell" for this sex side effect reason and switch to a different SSRI or lower the dosage. I'm on 20mg btw of pax-hell and 100mg of lamictal. Maybe I will wean to 10mg first and see what happens
