no wasn't said to me but imo it means f*cked in the head and avoid. because they have lots of issues anyone have a different take on that word?

I would take troubled, as in someone who was bothered/troubled by something. Maybe upset by something.
I wouldn't say f*cked in the head.
It depends on where you (and the person who said it) are from, I guess?
People take words differently. Some can kind "trouble" offensive, other's wouldn't care. Like me, I don't care if someone called me troubled. I know I have my issues.
The meaning would change depending on the context
...and the country. Australia is an English-speaking country, and "Fanny" doesn't mean the same thing here as there.
