here's my progress for anyone who cares. I've been dieting for about 3 1/2 months now. I went from 191 lbs to 170 lbs. These pics show the last 2 months. I'm planning on doing a bodybuilding contest in early Oct. Let me know what you think. I'm always open to constructive criticism if you feel I need work on certain areas.
