Recent Pics
hey everyone, just sharing some new pics of me taken this month. It's been a while since I've posted any actual progress pics. As some of you know, I'm a bodybuilder. I plan on competing again this Oct. in 2 different contests. I'm about 180 lbs with barely visible abs - not bad for me considering I've never been this lean at my bodyweight before. My goal is to reach 190 lbs before I start my official contest diet.

i want a body like that, tell me what to do now!
-
Imsomeones, you must lift heavy and eat like your life depended on it for many years. The results don't come fast but the wait is worth it.

think ill give it a shot, i think i have the right body frame. im just afraid if i keep eating, and not work out hard enough, ill just put on extra weight.
-
feel free to throw up a body shot. I'll let you know what I think.

will do, i'll send it to you pm, i havnt started seriously working out, but i think i have the build and height to do well, (at least thats what ive been told)

He he good photos. Who took the shots by the way? Always feels nice flaunting muscles. Wish I had such muscles. Post a thread on how to get muscles.

I got a question..the muscle soreness you get the next day from working out.. is that something which only happens when you begin training.. say the first couple months? or does it happen no matter how long you've been weight training for?
-
I feel like a little girl now...thanks.
lol, I wish I had a body like that. I tried working out, did it for about 6 months, put some muscle on, stopped...kept eating like I used to and put weight on. Now I'm starting to go running again to get rid of that added fat.
I prefer running to weight lifting...but that has to do with the fact that I'm skinny as hell.

Mr.Karl, the muscle soreness you experience after a workout usually occurs when you begin training. Over time, your muscles become stronger and recover more quickly resulting in little to no soreness after you train.
