Been a year and a few months, had a new partner...now back to sadness!

It's been a year and a few months since my girlfriend broke up with me, i thought i was getting over her gradually as i found myself someone new, whilst been with this new person i felt myself becoming depressed and i thought that werent right considering its a new relationship...i eventually just got bored of the relationship and decided to end it...and recently all the memories of my ex is creeping back and im so low atm even though im doing my best to go out with my friends to distract myself...why does it feel like im back at the beginning with my heartache? :(

You are being too hard on yourself...you feel like you have failed to find happiness like you felt with your ex. You didn't fail.....you just haven't met the right person yet and ya it will happen. Stop putting yourself into sadness.....you will survive to see a new beginning.
