Her birthday is tomorrow.

So, my ex's birthday is tomorrow. I'm debating whether I should break NC and wish her a happy birthday. I don't have her number anymore so I would have to send her an email. I have this strong feeling that if I don't wish her a happy birthday, she'll get even more pissed at me, hate me more (which, as some of you know, makes no sense considering I did nothing wrong), and send me a mean text asking why I didn't wish her a good day. I really do hope she has a good day tomorrow but... I don't know. It kind of makes my stomach churn at the thought of talking to her because I still have feelings for her. Ugh, it's already been over two months since she left and I'm still not over her so I hope this bipolar theory I have is to blame for my head not being able to see things in a better light.

She is your EX. She has no right to place any demands on you whatsoever. Do not email her. Let her current BF or friends wish her well on her birthday. You aren't over her, you have to take care of your needs first. Stick to NC.

you can or you can't. I sent mine a birthday text on her bday, and it did lead to a conversation. But it also depends on how far along your healing is. The fact you care about how she thinks of you means you're probably not far enough along to take this action and not regret it.
