My world a raging torment
the blinding pain smothers my sanity
I hold the knife , cold against soft skin
a moments wait ,then the sharp scream of pain
Blood and steel mix ,and I wonder what I've gained
These things have grown. my insecurites and fears
I think of her, I need no knife to bleed my tears
Another scar I've made , the token of a fool
And I think for all this time , she used me as her tool
I dont go round slashing my wrists all the time ...just to clarify things
oh great....
lol I dunno why I wrote that..I just suddenly felt like it. that came out in like 2 minutes , and I changed about one line afterwards,,I wasnt aiming to write an emo- poem XD
i sit on my bed
put a gun to my head
can't wait for the pain to erase
when the bullet enters my brain
now that is even more depressing :) , and nowhere near as deep *does victory dance*
wow, some intense stuff! i was notorious for these kinds of poems when i first joined lf (i think).. i'm going to try have another crack.
