buy her some liquor.
There's nothing you can do, other than express your concern once or twice and not be an enabler.
She could try out to be a cast member of the Jersey Shore and then you could live your life drug free.
Some people will do what they will do and there's nothing you can do about it.
alcohol always gets in the way, seriously
buy her some drinks, get her ****ed up to where she will make some questionable decisions and then **** her.....in the ass!!!! she wont remember anyway so take some pics so you can blackmail her later on. or just to have some jack off material.
oh shit you are a girl huh? well you can still do the same thing.....
it's her choice if she doesn't listen to you... she'll learn from experience anyway...
Hopefully she will realise how it's affecting her at some point and stop. Blackouts are so creepy, waking up with no idea what you've done the night before.
If you really are concerned and feel like it's a life or death situation, organize an intervention with her family. Otherwise she will grow out of it when she realizes she doesn't enjoy feeling like shit when she wakes up.
umm... your friend is an adult and adults are responsible for their own actions...
and this is coming from an alcoholic.

maybe you should get her to smoke weed - that'll calm her down a bit
but being calm is boring... who wants to live like a slug?

As others have said, you cannot really do much but love your friend anyways and be there for them but at the same time express your disapproval and do not enable the habit.
