Make or break us...?

So im going to marbella next week with my boyfriend of 5 years. We've been going through a bit of a rough patch lately and thought some time away from everything at home would be good for us.
BUT...
I found out a few days ago his ex from before me is going to be in the same place, and she is still in love with him and has been doing anything she can to break us up since we first got together. I hate the girl and she is the sort of person that is going to do anything she can to wreck the holiday for me. :mad:

What do i do about it? Help pleasee... :(

well he still wants to be good friends with her and still speaks to her often, even tho he tells me he doesnt because he knows i hate her, shes the type of girl who will come up to him and be like "heeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!!!" infront of me, and hell be like shit coz hes been telling me he doesnt speak to her anymore, so arguments are bound to happen :/

You've been together for 5 years. So I don't think you need to fear losing him to her. Not gonna happen.
Tell him you trust him but don't like her because she still likes him. He should understand. Surely he wouldn't like it if it was him in your place. Guess this is the very reason why people shouldn't be friends with their ex.

Have a great time there with your bf, and don't let the presence of his ex ruin it. Have fun :)

Holy crap, she might come up AND greet him while you're there!? You're screwed! he might even have to say hello back. . .

Stop being so insecure and just enjoy the trip.

I agree that you should not even think about it and just enjoy the vacation.

But I have to ask how do you know that he is still talking to her if he doesn't tell you? Is there some sort of snooping going on here? Because if that is the case, then he has a reason for being upset because you have broken his trust. Think about that before you go off on him for anything.

Also, make sure you don't invite her back to your room for drinks... While that makes a good porn plot, it is probably not the best thing for your relationship. :)

But you see how you are in control of the situation and your own emotions here?
