I have an erectile dysfunction with women that I am not sure what to do about.

Basically I haven't been able to get it up with women a lot so the doctor prescribed Cialis to me, which has helped a lot. However, when I am with a new girl, and one that I like and am into, I cannot tell if she is going to want to have sex that night or not. I mean you can't just ask a woman, cause that kind of puts them on the spot, and most women you have to go into foreplay, and wait and see what happens. If it doesn't happen, great, that's fine, there's no rush. However, I have to take the pill, at least one hour in advance in order for it to work, and I don't even know if sex is going to happen. So I will keep assuming that it will go all the way, just in case it does.

But if doesn't, it adds up to a lot of money down the drain cause it's 25 dollars a pill where I live. Not that I'm saying the woman is money down the drain, certainly not. But with the pills themselves it is, cause it adds up overtime. Plus a lot of women get turned off that a guy needs an hour or more of foreplay to get an erection, if sex is going to happen, since I need to wait for the pill take effect. But I don't want to take the pill long before any foreplay happens, cause then I am less likely to know if sex is going to happen at all, at that point.

Another thing is, is that the medication also causes sleep deprivation as a side effect, so I don't want to take it unless I am sure, cause then I will have insomnia that night, when sex didn't even happen anyway it turns out.

What do you think? Is there a better way I can predict if sex is going to happen or not?

Well I been foreplaying with girls for hours and with one even for 14 hours so it wouldnt be a problem for me to take a pill hour before, but then again Im new to all this sex thing so been just watching movies together and making out with girls before it was time to have sex.

Okay thanks, I haven't tried Muira puama. I tried Tribulus Terrestris and it helped somewhat, but I found the erections do not last as long with that, so I was kind of not as confidence in food supplement resolutions.

Tribulus is a weak testesterone booster thats used for training but Muira Puama is like real libido booster that for sure affect hormones and also mood unlike Tribulus. If you felt it with Tribulus then you should feel it really good with this one. Except the side effects I mentioned.

It works like all day long and try one a day from begining but not sure how long it takes to start to work, its something that you use everyday for months not few hours before sex. Just like tribulus its a longtime supplement meant to use regulary.

Depends. I think if you have sex Once a year then cialis is cheeper than using supplement for 12 months. But using muira puama all year around should be cheaper than two cialis pills. Then again depends on prices you pay. Look around on internet, shops and pharmacies look for lowest prices. Even in one town pharmacies prices can be several times different. What costs cents to produce is sold for hundrets in this industry. Like moorning after pill or your cialis I believe.
