How can you tell if Colombian women are into you?

My friends and I went to join a romance tour in Colombia. We were introduced to a lot of beautiful Colombian women through a socials where we got the chance to mingle with them and win a date with them. However, as I talked to these women asking them out to go on a date with me for the remaining days of our tour, they can’t seem to give me a proper answer or maybe change the topic to something else. Honestly, I do not know how I could tell whether a Colombian woman is into me or not because they are so different from American women. They can’t answer me properly but they still are willing to engage into a conversation. I don’t get that.
