There is a video on Porn Hub that shows it. Just Google full body orgasm....the dude gives step by step instructions and of course a demonstration. You can actually do this method on yourself too.

Thanks, but I watched that video and that is not the real way to do it-- there is an intense massage technique involved. Another method involves no touching at all......
