I heard from a website explaing the effects of colours that the colour green can improve your vison, and if you read a book with green transparent material over it, it will increase reading speed and comprehension.
What do you think of this statement?

I think you should be careful about medical advice coming off the internet.
I can't be arsed to test it, but I'll be interested to see if you find it to be effective.

me calm and reminds of the water.

P.S. I have different favorite colors depending
on my mood, so all can be good.
It is not my favourite color. But I see digitalpoint forum uses green color and it is such a hit. Also I think it strains eye less. Thats my view thoughh.
