Ex moving to quickly

Hi,

Im confused about a friend of mine, she moved to quick in my opinion, her ex boyfriend got married to someone else, and they've only been broken up for a few days, she literally goes through 4 5 days of crying drama, in shock her whole world broke down, she almost end up in the hospital...

And her ex told her to move on it was all her fault....

So she moves on to the other guy literally after 1 week of herring this news, although her ex told her move on, should she even have done that...

And she told this new guy all about the situation, so now the guy can take her vulnerability and use it to his advantage and he will come out as the hero who was there...

Im telling her to be extremely cautious, and not to make the wrong moves that she will regret, and she's saying she even kissed him out of anger...

She's my friend and all, but I think its not proper what she's doing to her self and this guy, say if the guy is not a bad guy, which I'm getting the vibes that he is...


Please advice.. any opinions?
