They have been together for 4 months and i always kept my feelings inside in order not to make it awkward between us. I was waiting until she was single again.
Now that she is moving, should i just tell her how i felt about her the whole time? I feel like i have nothing to lose now that she is moving, or is this a bad move?
Do you anticipate remaining friends, or does her move mean that this is the end of your friendship?
If you are pretty much done anyway, you have nothing to lose. however, I don't know that you can call this a real "friendship". Friends don't harbor secret wishes to be lovers.

personally i think that she'd shut you down because she's already in a relationship. what honest girl would get with another man while she already has one?

Unfortunately for you the timing is bad.
She WILL shut you down because she is already seeing someone else; if she doesn't, and dumps the guy to go out with you, are you sure you want to be dating that kind of woman?
If you two are truly close friends, her moving will not end the friendship, and you can wait to tell her.
