So it's been a good 10 days removed from my break up and I have some things I'd like to say. Nothing heated, just some stuff that I feel needs to be clarified or put out there before I can make a clean break.
My question is... Is putting it out there worth it? I've been solid on my no contact stance and part of me says that I shouldn't bother but part of me also says I need to say these things to move on.
Any thoughts? Anyone ever been here?

you've done the hardest part why go back to it all now? it'll all just bring up bad feelings and if he doesn't reply you'll just be rubbing salt into the wounds.
Write a letter and then put it in a drawer instead of sending it. Or post here what you want to say, and we can give you some feedback.
It just bothers me I guess to have someone I was so close to be so wrong about me. He admits to being too selfish to be in a relationship which I respect and admire him in the end for his ability to be honest but then he went on to say he thinks I'm kind of selfish sometimes too. Really I'm not. His selfishness at times made me a bit needy but I believe those are two different things. I don't know why it matters to me and at the end of the day I don't think I'm going to say anything. If he can't get out of his own way then he doesn't deserve my love anyway.
If it was clarity, that would mean you were thinking clearly. Obviously you're confusing new found clarity with new found self-pity. He's out of your life, accept it and move on :). Who wants to be with a drug dealer anyway?
Understand that this "new found clarity" is really just an excuse to talk to him. Don't delude yourself into believing that you simply have a few things to say.
And don't be afraid to hear the truth about yourself. I was told that I tend to be jealous the other night, and that truly shocked me. I was so oblivious. It hurt, but he was right.
