Something I wrote one day I was bored. About all those flirty girls whom you can't see the fault in until they screw you over. Takes one to know one lol.
You know that girl? You know her type
She shouts out to everyone "I'm Mrs Right!"
The mouse that runs and never gets caught
The mouse that leaves the cats distraught
The girl that strings you miles along
And before you know it, she's gone!
Tired of playing and had her fun
Off to find another one
'taken' isn't a word in her diction'ry
as far as she's concerned everybody's free
evidence for this, though it may seem unfair
all girlfriends know the smell
can smell it a mile off, they know it well
they've all smelt her perfume in their boyfriends' hair
She's a lady of quality, a female with class,
But quantity's good too, or so says the lass
the girl who's figure says 'wow' - stands out
the girl your mama warned you about
the girl you tell your friends about when you score
she leaves you, screaming inside for more
its not 'over doing' when you tell them what she's like - you'd be right
apart from exaggerating what you did with her last night
and the fact that she's not fussy about flirting with the nerds
and that she didn't really say those three little words
but it's not like you really need to tell them
because the chances are she's already doing 'em
You kid yourself:
Past her heartstopping smile of pearly white teeth
You know there's a lying serpent tongue underneath
The shocking, electrifying taste of her kiss
You know it's the poision pretending it's bliss
The beckoning flutter of her spider-like lashes
Are deliberate to make sure your heart burn and crashes
Her pretty little giggle, her infectious laugh,
To make sure it's torn in half.
The oh so seductive bite of her lip
The final tactic to make you lose your grip
Your body yells YES, your head whispers NO,
torn in which direction to go
You're so sure you can change her
"We're special, I don't care about the others, it's me she'd prefer"
Do you realise how many have thought that in the past?
You aren't the first and won't be the last
You're so sure you can win her
But she's going to stay behind my mirror.
