travel site... Dunno, maybe trip advisor? For hotel booking.com is pretty good. For flights edreams.com . But check trip advisor, many people post their opinions about hotels etc, it might be useful before you chose something.
i am looking into cruises or all inclusive resorts. i'd like to hear some recommendations as well.
That's not my thing then :) I barely can stand being closed on an island...being closed on a boat makes me wanna commit a sucide ;) Well, maybe when I'll get older it will seem fun for me...
i loooooove boats :) and men in uniform, captains, seMEN and all
I went on a cruise once and I loved it. I was seasick for 2 days, but after that I was fine. I'd rather travel by ship than by plane - knowing my luck the plane I was on, would explode or the engine would fail :(
i am also terrified of planes. i'd rather take my chances with boats. what boat did you go on and where to?Quote:

Why don't you try a cruise to Hawaii? That seems to be a pretty popular place. You could also cruise to Turkey, but that would be a long way. Turkey is a really beautiful country, especially the west coast.
i only have 7 days of vacation so it must be close by.
last time we went on a cruise, we got drunk and made it our goal to visit the captain in his cabin. we spent the whole night looking for it and tried to bribe waiters into telling us where to go and also going places where we weren't supposed to. it was beyond fun.
I can't remember the name of the ship, I'm going back a few years ago now. But we went to Spain, (Santander and Corunna), then onto Portugal, Lisbon. It was a week long cruise. I can remember they had everything on board that you would find on land and I mean everything! Nightclubs, cinema, bars, shops, hair stylists, bowling alley...everything! And we got a choice of two breakfasts, continental or fried, which were served in different halls and the food was nice.Quote:

Being on the cruise ship was a holiday in itself.
It's my ambition, to travel the world by cruise....one day :)
