Does masturbating before having sex for the 1st time can make a person feel more comfortable when having sex for the 1st time?Since most of women suffer pain when having intercourse for the 1st time,can masturbating herself help her not having pain?

The pain is usually due to fear (and tensing of the muscles) and breaking through the hymen. Masturbating might help relax one a little, but it won't help with the pain of breaking through the hymen.
It wasn't painful for me my first time. It just varies. I think masturbation is good because it helps you learn your body so you know what brings you pleasure.
I think it's a good idea. Get to know your body. If you've never done it before, I would think intercourse may be quite intimidating for you. You definitely want to feel confident and comfortable your first time around.
