A Sticky Situation

So there's this girl i like a lot, and i've liked her for over a year. I've been thinking about making a move lately. But just as i decided i was gonna make a move the next weekend (which was last weekend, for the record), i started feeling the same about this friend of mine, who'd been looking at me a bit weird lately... so now there's 2 girls i like equally, both good friends of both each other and me and 1 with the possibilty to feel the same (though i'm very uncertain about that) and i've been confused like ****... anyone with a similar situation and/or proper advice?
