Yes, its probably real. I saw a meteor like that streak across the sky like that about 15 years ago driving through NY state late at night. Travellling in the same direction, interestingly (or not). The video is extremely slowed down, BTW. The fireball I saw flashed past in about a second or less.
Awesome... I want to see one of those... from the space, too.
