Hi,
I have a crush on a married man...not pleasant to have such feelings. Anyways, he knows how I feel about him. I have known him for over a year. A mutual friend is having a birthday party and he invited us and my crush is coming with his wife. It will be the first time I am going to meet her. If you were him and wanted me to get the message that he is married how would you act at the bar? Would you introduce me to the wife and pay extra attention to her?

If it were me I would be myself because I have nothing to prove to you. Sure I would introduce you to my wife...so she would know who I was talking about.

If the gender roles were reversed, I wouldn't behave any differently. Hubby and I spend little time together at parties (too many other people to catch up with) and I'd be confident enough to not have to mark my territory.
People are not that petty to play such stupid games unless you are insecure and jealous.
why should he act differently with his wife around, he doesn't have the same feelings for you, so of course he would be ok with you there and his wife meeting you. stop crushing on an unavailable person and respect his marriage.
If he's a good guy he will just act like he normally does with her..
You're the one with the feelings, not him. He will be acting how he normally does with his wife.
