I think that the wikipedia article about love is the longest one I've ever read completely. And it kinda got me nowhere haha
I asked my nan once, "It's a crazy world, what is love?"
She said something I'll never forget: "I've always thought of it as something very natural and organic. Oh yes, on the outside it's tough, and it's ugly and it's hard... but let it grow naturally and look inside - you'll see it's soft and it's gentle."
I said "wow, that's the most beautiful thing I've ever heard nan. Is that really what you think love is?"
She said "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you said a melon."

I ask myself that one too. Love is such a loaded word that can be filled with so many emotions. How about Compassion, Gratitude and Forgiveness?
Love is not something you just say, its something you do..
Love is a beautiful thing which can feel, can't see...
Love... in all walks of life... in all its forms... COMES OUT NATURALLY :)Quote:

To me, love is when you are willing to do anything and everything just for the sake of that person. Even if it harm you.
Love is why we come to this world and the reason why we leave it.
I think love is made inside our hearts.
Love is accepting someone for who they are and wanting to make them happy. Someone that you can spend your life with without wanting to murder them for all their annoying little habits. The annoying things should make you laugh most of the time.
Its also about putting that person first and not hurting them.
If they hurt you badly-that is not love. Walk away
My vision of love is someone who you care so much for, and have such a great connection to, that you can think of her and it brings a smile to your face most of the time! Not everyone is "capable" of it in a way, but when i think about its really something nice..
I have a male friend who i adore spending time with because hes so fun, im not gay but everytime i think of him i smile because hes so great and funny and almost like a therapist..because we understand each other so well, that we can read each others and break the fourth wall if you will...and thats what love is in big part all about..UNDERSTANDING.
Well i see love as being that way, you love to be with someone and you love them so much that you can put yourself aside and really care and understand for them..someone who you want to be part of you, to have fun with!
I sometimes think of this one girl and id envision it to be so fun to love each other, get drunk, start dancing in a room looking at each others eyes and face and having PURE meaningful fun, to beautiful songs and then laugh, and have a fiery night of sex, and wake up and go to the park and run around, make each other laugh..
lOVE, UNDERSTANDING, PERFECTION...
To feel that feeling...
Sometimes you might envision that with someone and say "you are in love with them" but real love is when both people really understand each other and both want nothing else!
Love is like a mountain, hard to climb, but once you get to the top the view is beautiful.
And when you fall, it hurts like hell.
Love is like the wind, you can't see it but you can feel it.
Same characteristics as fart.Quote:

I actually imagine love with my eyes as a warm white ball of light, like white transparent glowing cloud inbetween me and the special girl.
