Saw my Ex at the bar last night.... help

Ok, so I'm at the bar last night and I saw my ex and we hugged and said hey for a few minutes. I started flirting a little bit and she said "don't make me miss you". Of course that set me off and immediately I gave her a hug and told her I loved her and kissed her on the cheek. I feel like I should have just played it cool and said miss you too or something... every girl I talked to there was telling me that they could tell she really liked me but I don't know if saying I love you was the right thing... did I blow it?

Was a bit of an overkill!How did she respond?Did she say anything or just run for the hills?!

Had you been drinking? She probably wrote it off as drunk talk. Resist the urge to contact her for now is my advice.
