How do I go about finding out what my daily calorie needs are in order to lose weight? I am 6 feet 2 inches tall & weigh 241 pounds & I have a 50 inch waistline.
In order to lose about one and a half pounds per week you should consume no more than 2200 calories per day.

The Dukan Diet is pretty succesful ,you can eat as much a you want. Just at the beginning of the diet you can just eat meat and fish... Well , you can look for more infos on the internet. My bf lost about 10kgs in few weeks.
