Embarassing situation

So I have been dating a woman for a couple of months. I am crazy about her, and as far as I can tell she feels the same. On Sunday we have a bit of a getaway planned. It has been pretty established that intimacy will happen, and a lot. This will be our first time, and obviously I am looking forward to it. One problem.

I woke up on Thursday with a zit, a pretty big one in my pubic area. It isn't on my genitaliab but a couple of inches above it. I have not been able to tame the beast yet.

Now first off for those who ask. Yes I am certain I do not have anything. It truly is a zit.

Any ideas on how to handle this situation. There is no putting off this without disappointing her and telling her the situation. Even better anyone have a miracle cure. Thanks in advance.
