Older woman at my gym

At my gym there is this older woman (40-50 range) that I always catch staring at me and then when I look at her, she looks away. Today she was at the counter about to leave and then she saw me coming and "had some more to say" to the lady at the desk until we were both ready to leave. She held the door open for me and smiled and then walked slowly down the stairs (i think she was waiting for me to catch up kind of thing)

Shes actually incredibly attractive for a woman of this age. Doesnt seem to have a wedding ring either and ive always taken a fancy to older women.

Do you think shes into me, or am I just over thinking it?

And should I go there?

if you are single (and of age) and if she is single, and you fancy each other, why not? Obviously, it is highly unlikely that it will lead to anything in the long term - but you may just both have some good time with each other and get exposed to something "new" (whatever that means). You could just offer her next time to share a cup of coffee (or protein shake - depending on how committed you are ;) ) at the gym cafe. Have a chat - can't hurt.

Sure, convince yourself that all she wants is to have coffee. She wants your body.

Wow...she is practically a grandma. But if you find her attractive, go for it.

What do you have to lose? She might turn out to be really compatible with you. Talk to her. Ask if you can shower at her place, or have breakfast. *grin*

If you think she's hot try talking to her. She shouldn't play too many games at that age so you'd know where you stand pretty fast. Just don't think about doing anything long term, sometimes people are happy with big age differences but in most cases it's not great.

Acting on situations like this has always intrigued me, I can have a conversation with nearly anyone, but just keep talking due to lack of closing line. I used to frequently find myself thinking this at the supermarket.

Before you 'hit that', I'd make sure all she wants is casual sex from you, or you're probably going to have to switch gyms and have a real nightmare on your hands.

You should see what her intent is, before hitting it. Talk to her, say hi, and go from there.
