MINDFULNESS: The Art and Science of Paying Attention and being a Human Being

Just wanted to share what I have learned from the last workshop I attended. It's about being mindful. It's a stress management workshop but it really helped me and understand more the beauty of being mindfulness. Hope everyone will be enlightened in this thread and let me know your thoughts! :)
