How can i move on

I m a 21 old girl ..believe it or not guys ..this was my very first relationship ...i was so serious about it because i ve never let anyone in before ...i was protecting myself ..until he came to my life ...he was my everything..even if he was 10 years older than me i loved him ..but suddenly he changed ... all he wanted was sex .evenif he knows that i am virgin ...he kept on manipulating me and saying that if i don t do it he will leave me ...at the end i knew that he didn t love me at the first place ... he saw me as a peace of cake .. i don t know can i believe in love again ....i don t recognize myself in the miror ..i ve lost my confidence ..my hapinness ...everything !!
