I screwed up her birthday and want to show her how much I love her. Need Ideas.

Last night, I really botched my girlfriend's birthday and it really means a lot to her. Today she is understandably very upset and I want to do something special that will knock her socks off tonight.

I am looking for ideas but I kind of have an idea and would love some input. I was in choir from elementary school through college and I have never sung for her and we have been together for 3 years. I have a series of love songs I know she loves and I was thinking of coming home after work and surprising her with these songs.

Songs are Suddenly Seymour (little shop of horrors but i'd change it to suddenly Matthew (lol), Your song (Elton John) and It's your love (Tim McGraw).

Is this a bad idea? Do you have any ideas? Anything is welcome.

I think it depends on how you screwed up her birthday. What you suggest could be a nice gesture but depends upon a LOT of factors. I don't know if you need to go over the top but show how you know what you screwed up, why it made her upset, how you want to make it up to her because of what she means to you.
