That doesn't sound out of the norm. I like to be alone and clear my head sometimes. How long do these sessions last?

I'm that way as well, naturally I was an introvert. I'm a very extroverted introvert today, but there's times where I crave my space.

1 or 2 days is totally fine.
Men need their man cave times, especially with hard times. Which is different from women. Women naturally want to talk things through, where guys want some time to sort through things alone and think about it, then they'll bounce back, probably talk about it and work it out easily. Not saying this is one of those moments, but it's just a heads up.
