Coders/Web Developers?

Is there anyone here who is a "coder" or a "web developer"?

Some know how about scripts or CSS/HTML maybe?

I'm a web designer so have some questions with setting up a website!

I can do HTML and CSS, but those don't count as code in my opinion.. they're just too easy.

I also do PHP, CGI/Perl, Javascript, and a LOT of Java.
