Hi guy,

Would you mind taking me through a typical day of what you eat?

Thanks in advance!

Typically in the morning, I'll either eat cereal or nothing. Lunch, I eat chicken strips, friends, and ice cream. Dinner, typically Lebanese food.

I want to eat dinner at your house skaterboy. Do you think your mother will invite me?

hm.. breakfast:
müsli, or nothing if I don't have time

lunch:
ciabatta bread with tuna, cheddar cheese, and various green things.

dinner:
often involves pasta, rice, potatoes, etc. often with turkey/beef/lamb. Sometimes treats such as pancakes or delicious homemade pizza or .. hm.. dont' know the english names of the bavarian dishes my parents make. And always salad. delicious.

of course, during the week when I'm at my student house, you can replace all that with pot-noodles.
kidding :D I try.

Yes you did. =) Who was that from, anyway?

1st meal - 1 can of tuna fish, bagel

2nd meal - 1 can of black beans

3rd meal - 2 bowls of cereal, 1 glass of milk

4th meal - steak, brown rice (pre-workout)

5th meal - 12 eggs, 2 pieces of white bread with jelly (post-workout)

6th meal - 2 chicken breasts, oatmeal

7th meal - 1 box of pasta
