Challenge 1 is a video responce to he videos...he already sounds like a dork...
-You must not insult him
-Keep disagrements "strictly interlectual"...knob...

If we do that, we get a video reply from him with the same respect.

Challenge 2...Upload a video to rival his, if you think that you are fitter than him. Now...we could look at this two ways, we could find 313s fittest guys and get them on it and take him down...OR...we get people who know they aint fit (bit of a belly etc) and get them on there claiming to be fit. My plan is this, if we belive we are fit, when we are clearly not, he will come back with the same "OMG you aint fit!!" insults that pissed him off in the 1st place....thus rendering him an idiot.
The video condtions must:
-Be under indoor lighting
-Non-flexing state
-The whole front of your upper body must be visible
- if we get "anywhere near my level of rip"....his words...then we pass....though surely he is now judgeing the people who judged him? Idiot.

I think its a plan and i'm up for this...

He's calling all these people haters, but he's purposefully trying to bring people down and making them feel bad about themselves. And you know what else? I like really toned guys! I don't find this guy more sexy than someone who trains more and has more muscles!!!
