silly question...

*met a guy at a party this weekend. (i had met him before, but we had never really talked before)
*we were both a bit tipsy but had good conversation and ended up making out, and i think it went pretty well, but we had to stop because i had a friend visiting and didn't want to be a bad host.
*before he left he asked me for my number...
*so, does this mean he plans to call me? isn't that usually a pretty good sign that he's interested? or does it really just depend on the guy/situation?
we're both college freshmen if that means anything...

He might call, but he might not. I certainly wouldn't waste a single minute thinking about it. Guys ask for numbers all the time and then don't call. (You could probabbly find many posts about this if you did a search.) Alcohol gives them a false sense of courage which they find lacking the next day when they look at the phone.

Next time, if it's that important to you that you see him again, when a guy asks for your number, tell him, "I never pick up my phone if I don't recognize the number of the person calling- what's your number? I'll put it into my phone so I don't just ignore you if you call me."

oh i got his number too... guess i should just go for it then...
