Facts: I haven't had my first kiss, I've never had a girlfriend, and I havent even gone on a "real" date. And I'm proud of every single one of those things.
So there's this girl that I've been friends with for almost a year and we're basically each others best friend. Basically we're 100% comfortable around each other and frequently talk on the phone into the early AM hours.
I'm happy with being just friends with her. However, for the past 6 months or so she's wanted to be boyfriend/girlfriend. I don't understand why she feels like she needs to have a boyfriend, and she doesn't understand why I really don't want a girlfriend. (MY reason is that I personally am not ready to have a girlfriend. Also, I really enjoy crushes and having a girlfriend would cancel those out).
PS: On a side note, I feel really tempted to kiss her the next time she tries to kiss me (I've already avoided it about 3 times in the past 6 months). What should I do about THIS problem? (I don't want to lead her on -- I've already told her twice that I just want to be friends)
