No they are different. For women, orgasm is not generally accompanied by fluids squirting out of the body, but during female ejaculation, it does. Most women do not ejaculate, and some of us are quite happy about that even though it seems that some men really like it.

I don't know what it is composed of, but I think it squirts out through the urethra.
