I havn't told you enough details to judge so here goes a few more things..

I wouldn't tell her how you feel right away. Ever hear the saying "Actions Speak Louder then Words?" Why not hang out with her some more? Get to know her and get an idea of where she stands on dating etc, and then take a chance and let her know how you feel.
Plus, whats up with this other guy who is a coworker? Are you SURE they aren't together? I would really make sure before you pour your heart and soul to her.

Anybody who says they met the "perfect girl" and hasn't really gotten to know them yet definitely loses credibility in my book.

Yep, i was instantly turned off of reading the post right when i read "perfect girl".

When I used "Perfect" it meant more of that this girl is going to be perfect for me. Not perfect right now as I don't know her well yet.

- i hugged her when i left her although she was shy
- we went to check out her school, as the building was locked she told me that she will take me there when its open. She says "SOMETIME"
- She suggests we should play a sport together, once time fun thing again "SOMETIME"
- She declines my invite to a concert in Jan and a trip to a dif suburb as she is busy with her work.. but i thin im suure she can fix her schedule though! one month away! >_<

Sounds like she just wants to be your friend, nothing more. Not right now that is. Just go with the flow and don't push her for a relationship. She might be intrested in the other guy still.
