Man, I have the worst luck with women

This latest girl I've become interested in, I just dont know what to think. I really like her personality. She's always nice to me (and most people). I didn't think I had much of a chance with her but decided I had nothing to lose. I asked her to a dance but she was already taken. I decided I'd ask her to the next dance if she was free. I have her on my IM list but have only been able to talk to her once. It's been over a week and I can never get ahold of her on there. At school she apologized and said she's just not on very much lately, and that her account is left open. She also always has it set to away so, I could buy that. But how could I miss her, every day for about 8 or 9 days in a row? And I see that she's on myspace, but she still doesnt respond to me. I wonder if she just really doesnt want to talk, but I dont see why she'd lie to me. I left her a message telling her to just tell me if she doesnt want to talk to me as I can't stand the silent treatment and still havent gotten a response. I just cant see how she views me at all now, and am having second thoughts asking her to the dance.

Let her go. She's avoiding you.

And if she's not avoiding you, she's probably sick unto death of you pestering her day in and day out.

Thhing is, she told me she isn't avoiding me and makes it seem like she does like to talk to me at school

Okay. Maybe she doesn't care for IMs? Get her phone number if she likes talking to you so much and give her a call. Whatever you do, don't send her IMs every day and whine about her not responding. If a girl did that to me I'd ditch her no matter how much I liked her before.

A girl unlike a guy, will most likely not tell you straight up she doesn't wanna talk to you. They're confusing like that.

They seem like they care, but they really don't, they only care to be nice.

Plus, you sound needy, stop sounding so whiny, you'll have better luck.
