Please Someone help me

i need your advice and please help me solve my problem

there's a girl at my school i really like her, and for 3 years at school i've been tryin to talk with her but i was always shy, anyways just this year i talked to her like 3 times or sth then took her number, we talk a lot on phone, but my problem is that when i see her face to face i feel shy and i can't speak one word and sometimes when i see her comin my way i just turn around or go pretend to do sth somewhere else, plus i feel tht she kinda likes me too for an example and the reason i'm askin your for help right now is what happened today, we were at school, and the school chose the last period to be a like a p.e periods except everyone can choose what to do like play soccer or bb or go to the school library etc.. i chose to spend it in the music room, and by coinsedence though i'm not sure it was, she and 2 of her friends came in and i was really nervous then they said they chose music, i was playin the piano and they came to listen, her friend said i was good and stuff but she didn't say anything at all then i just sat and i couldn't say anything and she just sat there waitin for me to make my first move, but i just couldn't what made me more nervous was her friends bein with her, so i left the room and just stayed in the restroom thinkin, then i went home, it's really stupid of me, u see i talk to her a lot on phone but it seems like i don't even know her when i see her.

i don't know if i love her or not but i know i like her, a friend told me once that if i don't know and i can't talk to her then that means i love her.

i don't know what to do anymore and i guess i'm hurtin her feelings too cause i know she likes me, please help me.

You have already taken a step back and realized the whole scope of your situation, which is something many people have difficulty doing.

You like the girl, the girl likes you, you have a lot of trouble talking to the girl in person.

Use that same skill set to analyze why you are so nervous about speaking to her in person. Do you not feel confident in some aspect(s) of yourself? Discover what is holding you back and address it.

For example, if you have a hard time talking to people face-to-face, why not do just that? Make a goal to talk to twenty strangers per day. You will find that if you can do this, you not only become desensitized to the situation, but you will uncover an unfound confidence in your ability to set a goal and realize it.

I think i can't talk to her in person because i'm not used to talkin to girls, so i'm afraid to say sth wrong or stupid to make her like me less.

Replace "strangers" with "girls." Don't worry about speaking to girls you don't know, they typically don't bite (though I can recommend some delicious fragrances, if this is your aim). Remember, it doesn't matter if the conversations you start go anywhere, it's just practice.

Just imagine how grateful your girl will be to finally hear you speak to her in person. And I guarantee she will be even more thrilled (and perhaps turned on) when she sees the aura of confidence you gain from doing this exercise!

I know exactly what you are going through, scince I'm also an Arab who lives in an Arabic country. A lot of kids here face this same problem because...I don't know maybe the cultures or stuff....as most of us grow up being separate from females in schools, society,...etc.

Look man, you gotta do something and you gotta do it FAST! You have to realize that if you keep this attitude, eventually she'll get all fed up and she'll start to see other people! So before you get heartbroken and all, try to approach her and talk to her about anything...just let it go! Maybe you should start with the most comfortable thing for you. And another thing, at first, try not to look at her alot when you're talking to her. And then when you are feeling more comfortable with her, eventgually this "fear" will go away.
