when me and my boyfriend have sex it is wonderful but its like it doesnt last that long anymore.. when we first met he could last for hours at a time and now we do good to get to 30 minutes.Im not complaining but it would be nice to go a little longer sometimes .Any suggestions?
have him jack off just before having sex with you. Or make him cum orally or something, take a short break, then go to sex. It always lasts longer the second time.
Make sure he wears a condom. Aside from the OBVIOUS reasons to wear one, it takes away some of the sensativity and he should be able to last a little longer. He probably won't like it cause (even though I haven't had sex) it's supposed to feel a lot better without it, but I think it's a good idea anyway.
If he is already wearing a certain condom, try another brand or different "model". Some condoms will mysteriously let you go for longer (I've heard 'her pleasure' condoms make you last a long time). And do a lot of foreplay. So even if it doesn't go for as long as you wanted, you did get a lot of fun beforehand.
