Hi,
so here is my first question. I have a bit problem with the first steps in begin conversation. Here is the example:
It's been a month since i notice that a girl in the fitness where I do train seems to like me. She is watching me all the time and when we talk she is always so nice with me. I don't know how to ask her for a date. I mean what should I tell her... I'm used the girls to ask me, and now.. :) Tell me some of your strategies so I can try something ;)

Just say hello, and make polite conversation. If the girl likes you, it almost doesn't matter what you say - body language is infinitely more important.
Remember one thing, girls like it when they are hit on. They dont dress nice just for the sake of it. Keep it quick and confident..and simple. Strike up a random convo..be like..."definitley gonna go for a swim later..this weather is nuts"...or .."hey good morning / afternoon...I see you all the time around here..im ______ btw..wats ure name?...oh ok cool...well im gonna go have lunch later on...you can join me if you want." (key is to not ASK her to join u, but to let her know that she CAN join you).
You can join me if you want?

Sure, I have dates all the time. Just go "Hey, you want to have dinner with me at suchandsuch a time?" It's quite simple. They'll return you with a simple yes or no, or if they're a bitch, they'll play hard to get.
Don't ever say "if you want" or let her know that she CAN join. You must imply that you want her to.
Never say please when you're asking a girl out. Never beg her to go out with you. That's inconfident.
Some girls don't like to be told what Gribble said. Some do, when they're really good friends. Sure, it's confident, but it's also cocky and rude. Could make her think that you have no respect.
