romantic music
Hey, I wanted to plan a romantic evening for my husband so I did some research and found this album called "Just Me" by Tiffany. The album came out on June 5th so I decided to check it out and my husband loved it. My co-worker from umg wanted to borrow it but I couldn't give it up. The song "Feels Like Love" is me and my husbands favorite. Check out the song at myspace.com/TiffanyMusic

I try to limit myself to Michael Bolton and Celine Dion. Tiffany is just too edgy for me.

ray j - one wish - is the sweetest song ever
pussycat dolls - buttons - can make us horny in seconds.

I agree about RayJ, that's a neo-classic... but there's SO many, what I've found is it's best to find a song for the lyrics, rather than just the tune. You might find a catchy tune but when you really listen to what the artist is singing about, it may not be what you had hoped for...
www.links2love.com/love_lyrics.htm has the lyrics to what seems like EVERY love song ever written... and MIDIs to many of them. Just a thought...

every time we say goodbye - cole porter
prelude to a kiss - duke ellington
harbor lights - boz scaggs

There's Something In the Way She Moves - James Taylor
I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song - Jim Croce
Time In A Bottle - Jim Croce
I'm fortunate to say that I can play [and sing] the above-mentioned songs with my guitar. My Martin HD-28 really compliments my singing as it rings out the boomy bass and bright airy trebles when fingerpicking them strings.
I serenaded a woman before her window once, with the second song listed above. I was too drunk at that time. All I remembered was that I was dared to do it, and so I did. The next day, I was so embarrassed when I found out about what I did the night before. But that didn't stop the requests from pouring in though ... I was so embarrassed that I didn't do it again.
These days -- I prefer to serenade my wife -- in private. :)
