what should i do?

I met this girl when i started college back at last year. i first started realizing that i'm love with her after having a drink at a bar with a couple of friends and i dared her to give me a kiss if i bottoms up a glass of beer. i did and she gave me a kiss. that night i totally passed out. when i woke up at 3am i sms-ed her phone and told her that i'm sorry of what i've done because all the while she have a boyfriend and i feel somewhat guilty. after that night we got close together. every friday when i go back my hometown i would call her and talk until latenight around 3 - 4 am and would call each other lovely nickname. occasionally we would argue over silly matters but after a few days we would call each other and ask stupid questions like have u finished your assignment or there's some problem with my computer just to spark a conversation. last monday was my happiest day, i brought her back to my house because my parents wasn't in. so we're in my room, at first we just lie down on my bed and talk silly stuff. then i got real close to her and i told her that i love her. she just smiled and sigh. then i made my move by giving her a kiss and we ended up making out. after that we went watch a horror movie together and she's hugging me and kissing me during the entire length of the movie. and of course after that we had dinner together. on tuesday we went to the airport together. we sat on the observation deck and watch planes take off and land. yesterday we went back my home again and we make out. she told me it's wrong to do it because she already got a boyfriend and we should stop doing what we're doing now. both of us actually knows that it's wrong but we both felt it right and she doesn't want to leave her boyfriend because she had sex with her boyfriend once and they've been together for about 2 years plus now. she promised her boyfriend that she won't leave him for another guy. plus his family knows about her and her family also knows about him. they both had a good time together she don't want to cheat on him. i asked her what i should do and she say i should stop thinking of her. i said okay if it makes her happy then i'll just forget her and move on, but i know i can't. so i told her i'm sorry and i'll fetch her back to college now. then she started crying and tells me how much she loves me and she doesn't want to leave me as well and hurt my feelings and those silly little things she'll do to get my attention. so again i ask her what i should do, she say she's confused and she needs time to think about it and don't push her. next month where we'll be having our final exam and on the last paper she'll give me her final answer. what should i do now? she's my first love and i gave her my first kiss. i don't want to leave her and don't want her to leave me because i love her a lot and after she told me how much she loves me i realized that she's important to me. what should i do? and what do u guys think about it? will she give me a positive answer?

Personally i think she will give you a positive answer.
But it will depend on what you will say/act around her during the last month.

you knew ahead of time that she was with someone, you just now made it worse on yourself by being "the other man". don't blame her if she gives you a negative answer but congrats if she chooses you...still be careful ^^
