I am loosing my hope, pls. help me.

Hey friends. I heard lots of people found their soul mates through online dating sites. So I also tried few in the hope of meeting that special one. But I guess I am not so lucky.

These sites mainly focus on international dating. I had a long-distance relationship in the past. Oh God! It’s difficult to maintain such relationships. So obviously, I don’t want to commit the same mistake again.

Can somebody tell me some good online dating site where I can get to know people who don’t live far away? I am losing hope. Plzzzzz help me.

online relationships are very difficult to maintain. have you ever tried dating in person?

There is nothing wrong with finding someone online, just don't date them online. You may have to be willing to relocate or something but if it is that hard to find someone localy you may as well give it anothe strike. Thats the best part about life you get get strike after strike after strike and you never out.

Yeah its all in the luck I feel... and the distance definitely. I know all about the pain of an LDR pulling on the heart strings...

Like the others I wouldn't recommend online dating as a way of meeting someone... but saying that... it can.. if you're lucky... and you meet the right person in the right location... lead to as happy a relationship as any other.

Be warned though... its very easy for people to lie over the Internet... and of course you'll run into the occasional 'eccentric'.... but most of the main dating sites can lead to success.... Like most things the pay for date sites tend to be safer and are more likely to lead to success... E.g - Match.com. I assume that operates in the US too?...

But anyway... basically just browse around until you find some good sites…. if you’re sure that’s the route you want to go down. And of course always check the location before you initiate first contact.
