I went to some parties today and came back early just because I feel invisibile everytime I go anywhere... Which may be good... The police showed up at one and they are a bunch of ****ing ASSCLOWNS, at least they don't bother me either... Can you **** me without getting ****ed? The answer is no, you cannot!
Why am I so invisible everywhere I go? I think the way I talk has something to do with it
I tend to be invisible, too. It used to depress me, but then I realized that it generally only happens in drunken environments (bars, parties, etc..). I think that I simply lack that "party girl" look. Also, in those kinds of environments, I think people have to be extra-outgoing to meet people. You have to be smiling and looking people directly in the eye to be noticed, and you have to be willing to step right up to people and start talking first (don't wait for them to do it).
it's probably because you choose to be. are you an anti-social person??

I'm quiet, but that's because I never know what to say in 98% of social settings. When I'm drunk I'm still quiet. When I'm high I'm talkative, but also quick to explode into a fit of rage so I don't want to do that in a party setting because I would probably end up doing something highly regrettable.
Actually Illusional, I was thinking about going to a rave sometime and see how that differs from say a frat party. And by difference I don't mean the change in music from hip-hop to house or anything, but the attitude of people. I'm not into that PLUR bullshit (no offense if you are) but know how E can change a person into accepting and loving, and maybe I would fit in better
It might have something to do with the energy you're giving off. At a party people tend to gravitate towards people who are giving off a kind of wild, spontaneous vibe. People who look like they're having a lot of fun.

take me for example, when i go to a party i won't quickly talk to anyone or make friends with all the girls. i tend to be laid back. i personally have a few close friends, as opposed to a lot of people who are just are acquaintances. if you're looking to make new friends, a rave is nice, but honestly it's not different than making friends at a club.
