ok, i have 2 questions for you guys.
1) does anyone know of an online college that is legit and its a go at your own pace? mainly want some type of web design school, but any online school that has a web design certificate program.
2) does anyone know of a place to download photoshop? (not adobe website, i dont want a trial version.) i cant afford to buy it, and need it for stuff.

Most reputable colleges and universities offer courses on line. They usually have deadlines for work that is due, however, and I only really suggest it if you are a highly motivated person who does not procrastinate. The online courses are sometimes harder than sitting in class.
you can download photoshop on any number of torrent sites, but if you're not familiar with that I suggest you study up first. There are plenty of dodgy things you can download and you need to be able to discern between them and good torrents.
for software that can download torrents try things like
Azaerus
BitTorrent
and to search for torrents try
piratebay.org
mininova.org
and a multitide of others, some of which you have to be a member to use. But not the above.

photoshop can be downloaded all over the net, however, choose your method wisely; adobe is really cracking down on all the bullshit.
your best bet is to save the time, download cs3 from the adobe website and use a keygen/crack to remove the trial portion.
oh and i am not sure about your web design school. i learned web languages when i was 12 years old. i think you're better off teaching yourself, unless you're goal is set on getting a degree.
