Update on First week of 2 households
Not so bad. I like spending time with my son and my husband, the quality time is good for everyone. Im understanding where each of them are coming from, even though it still hurts. My son REALLY likes having his own place. Decked out with Packer stuff which I thought he wouldnt put up, but hey it is his place in the long run.
The shower curtain he chose is of all the variety of sex positions so I learn something there. My husband was here yesterday and we laughed because we cant do some of them, being the difference in size.
I spent Fri and Sat night with my husband and had the time we needed too. It was a nice weekend. Almost like dating again, which I think we need that too.
And here with my son today, we're going out to lunch and his fiance is coming too. I'm going to have to learn to adjust to this, I dont like leaving my husband on Sun, but he is an author and its going to give him the much needed time to get going on his second book. His first one is called the "Gensis Code" its awesome. His second one is called "Bones of Angels". In all of his writing and all the hoopla, he's actually become friends with one of my favorite authors, James Rollins. You guys should check out his web page, Christopher Forrest. And if youre into ARG'S, he's got a game going on there too.
So overall, things are going ok. Week one has been alright. I dont think this will all last very long. Maybe a few months until Kyle gets settled down and graduates and hopefully early.
Family is all you have and you've gotta make it work!
