Ideas on a new start

Hey all, new here and recently out of a long term, toxic relationship.

In the last year or so I've made some fairly big changes in my life and I want to continue the trend but old habits can die hard at times so I'm looking for inspiration.

Also, although I eat pretty healthily, exercise enough, have a great job, earn enough money and gave up smoking without any pangs, I feel kinda 'flat'. Anyone else know that feeling?

I'd love to read some stories of changes and turnarounds, and the exciting things people have done in self-improvement.
